Wondering something?
Let’s clear it up.
Custom orders, artwork, shipping, and caring for your new favorite thing. Here’s the stuff worth knowing.
Love it before
you order it.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-approved personalization. Please double-check your details before ordering. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us so we can review the issue.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. This applies to both standard products and custom or personalized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, selected the wrong option, or approved incorrect personalization.
Please review the product description, dimensions, options, and personalization before placing your order. If you’re unsure about something, ask us first.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. For shipping damage, include photos of the packaging too.
Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. The final-sale policy does not mean we ignore problems with your order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately with your order number and requested change. We’ll check whether it’s still possible, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Custom work cannot be canceled once production has begun.
What if I entered the wrong name or shipping address?
Contact us right away. If the order hasn’t reached production or shipping, we’ll review whether the details can be updated. Customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect options, and incorrect addresses may require additional payment to remake or reship an order.
Custom Projects
Can I request something that isn’t in the shop?
Absolutely. Send your idea through our custom request form. Include what you want to make, approximate dimensions, quantity, and any photos, sketches, or reference links. We’ll review what’s possible and discuss the next steps.
Do I need a finished design?
No. A clear description, rough sketch, or reference image is a good starting point. If design or file preparation is needed, we’ll discuss the scope and any additional cost before you order.
How much does a custom project cost?
Pricing depends on the design, size, material, quantity, printing method, and preparation involved. We’ll confirm the price and production estimate before you place a custom order.
Can you make business or group orders?
Yes, we welcome requests for branded items, event gifts, matching products, and multiple quantities. Send the quantity, artwork, intended use, and target date so we can review the project.
Can you print on an item I already own?
Possibly. Suitability depends on the material, shape, size, surface finish, and printing area. Send photos and dimensions so we can review it. Do not ship an item to us until we’ve accepted the project and provided instructions.
Artwork & Files
Can you print my photo, logo, or artwork?
Yes, subject to file quality and project suitability. Please use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Sending an image doesn’t automatically confirm that it can be printed at your requested size.
What files should I send?
The contact form accepts the file types listed in its upload field. For photos and artwork, send the original, highest-quality file you have rather than a screenshot. If your file type isn’t accepted, include a download link or contact us for another way to share it.
For 3D projects, tell us whether you already have a model file. We’ll confirm the appropriate format for the project.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
Not exactly. Screens display color differently from printed surfaces. The item’s material, base color, texture, and finish can also affect the result. If a particular color is essential, tell us before ordering.
Is there artwork you won’t print?
We may decline requests involving illegal content, threats, hate or harassment, or artwork we do not have permission to reproduce. We may also decline projects that are unsuitable for our equipment or outside the work we’re comfortable accepting.
Production & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Check the product page for the current production estimate. For custom requests, we’ll confirm timing before you order. Production time is the time needed to prepare and make your item; shipping transit time is separate.
Can you meet a specific date?
Tell us your target date before placing the order. We’ll check the project and workload before agreeing to a production schedule. Rush work must be confirmed in advance, and carrier delivery times can vary.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. For a custom project that needs special packaging or shipping arrangements, we’ll discuss those costs before you order.
Where do you ship?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available. If no option appears, contact us before ordering so we can check your location and the item you want.
What if my shipment is delayed?
Check the carrier’s tracking information first. If tracking stops updating or there appears to be a delivery problem, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.
Product Care
Will 3D printed items have visible lines?
They can. 3D printing builds objects in layers, so fine layer lines and small surface variations are a normal part of the process. The appearance depends on the material, shape, and finish of the product.
How should I clean a printed item?
Follow the product’s specific care instructions. Unless the listing says otherwise, use a soft cloth and gentle cleaning, and avoid abrasive scrubbers, harsh solvents, dishwashers, and microwaves. Check with us if you’re unsure what’s suitable.
Can I leave a 3D printed item in a hot car or outside?
Suitability depends on the material and intended use. Do not assume a printed item is heat-resistant, weatherproof, or suitable for outdoor exposure. Check the listing and tell us about heat or outdoor requirements when requesting a custom project.
Are your products suitable for food, children, or heavy loads?
Only use a product for the purpose described in its listing. Do not assume an item is food-safe, a child’s toy, or suitable for carrying heavy loads. If your project has a particular use requirement, discuss it with us before ordering.
Still wondering something?
Ask away. We’d rather help you figure it out before you order.
