Your photos help us make something personal. Here’s how Pretty Cool Prints handles those files and the information you share when you browse, contact us, or order.
Information we receive
When you contact us, create an account, or place an order, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number if supplied, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and messages. For personalized products, we also receive uploaded photos or artwork, your selected placement, and the previews and production files generated for your order.
Our website and hosting services may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, and security logs. Cart and account cookies help the store remember your session and keep your shopping experience working.
How we use information
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, personalize and produce items, process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain the website, and keep records required for business or legal purposes.
Your uploaded photos and artwork
You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork. You give us permission to copy, crop, resize, position, and print it as needed to fulfill your request and resolve order issues. Please upload only files you have permission to use, including permission from people whose images you provide when needed.
The ornament uploader stores original artwork and generated production files with restricted access. Authorized store administrators can access the files for production and support. Personalized previews can appear in your own shopping session, cart, checkout, and order records. Uploading a photo does not turn it into a public product-gallery image.
We will ask for separate permission before using your uploaded personal photos in public marketing or a portfolio. We do not sell your uploaded photos.
Service providers and disclosures
Information is processed through the services needed to operate the store, including website hosting, email delivery, order management, and shipping providers. Carriers receive the information needed to deliver your order. If an online payment service is offered at checkout, payment information is processed by that service under its own privacy terms; do not send card numbers through our contact form or artwork uploader.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect customers, the business, and the website from fraud or misuse.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve it. Google Analytics can use cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about pages visited, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
You can manage or remove cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect the cart, checkout, or sign-in features. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner websites.
Storage and retention
Order-related photos, previews, and production files remain associated with order records unless removed; they are not automatically deleted immediately after delivery. We retain order and communication records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies until those backups are replaced or expire.
If you want artwork removed after your order is complete, contact us with your order number. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained. Removing artwork may prevent us from reproducing the same item later.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask about the information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion through our contact page. Please include the email address associated with your inquiry or order. We may need to verify your identity. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law; some transaction records may need to be retained.
Security and children
We use access controls to protect order files, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not upload passwords, payment-card details, government identification documents, or other sensitive information unrelated to your project.
The store is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
